That depends on the scope, access, and which rooms remain usable. For a whole-home renovation, we’ll discuss household routines, work areas, and possible phasing. Renovating before move-in may simplify coordination when that option is available.
Ask what is included in removal, decking inspection and any needed replacement, underlayment, flashing, shingles, ventilation, property protection, and cleanup. Discuss the selected warranty and its eligibility requirements before deciding.
Pricing depends on the size and condition of the home, scope, selections, access, and conditions discovered during the work. Request a free estimate so we can discuss your property and goals. Financing information is available on our financing page.
