At Bluewater Building Company, we begin with site planning and grading, then move through plumbing, drainage, foundation work, framing, wrap installation, roofing, cladding, windows, doors, and interior completions. From paint and trim to finishes and appliances, each phase is carefully managed with attention to detail and communication along the way. Once the final walkthrough is complete, we hand you the keys to a home built around your vision, your selections, and your lifestyle.
Getting Started
Our process is simple, transparent, and fully centered around you. This is true custom home building, where every major detail is reviewed, documented, and controlled before construction begins.
Step 1: Intro Consultation
We begin with an initial consultation to review your overall scope of work, goals, budget expectations, and general project workflow. From there, we provide an estimate based on the anticipated scope and direction of the build.
Step 2: Contract, Selections, and Draw Schedule
Once the basic terms are agreed upon, we prepare a formal contract that outlines the projected start and finish dates. We also create a detailed selection sheet that itemizes every part of the build, along with a draw schedule so you know exactly when payments are due and how much is required at each stage.
Step 3: Construction Begins
Once everything is approved, our skilled team gets to work building your home. Throughout the process, we keep you updated, informed, and involved so there are no surprises.

When construction is complete, we complete the final walkthrough and hand you the keys to your new custom home.
